Cancellation policy

We have a cancellation fee applicable to all late cancellations .

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. However we understand that people can become sick or suffer injuries unexpectedly. If you provide a medical or Covid-19 result/certificate we will void the cancellation fee.

All other late cancellations will incur a 50% fee. We appreciate 48 hours notice of cancellation so we can fill the lesson space.
